"I switched to State Farm almost exactly a year ago and chose Mark Sammon's office because it had great reviews. When I signed up, a girl named Tyanna Johnson did all of my paperwork. I specifically asked for windshield insurance and had a few questions for her like if I needed to replace my windshield, how much would it cost. She said windshield coverage was either $10 or $15 a month and I didn't have to pay my deductible if I had windshield insurance and I needed to replace my windshield. About a week later, Tyanna was fired from this agency and Mark took over. A year later, I needed to replace my windshield from a rock hitting it and turns out, all this time, I did not have windshield insurance! I thought I had it this whole time and I remember specifically asking about it and adding it when I signed up with Tyanna. Changing my windshield today with Safelite cost me $575.
This office has been so disorganized and it has not been a pleasure at all to work with them. There are so many choices... choice a different agency!!"
